Since then, the company has grown organically and through mergers and acquisitions to become a leading international supplier of power solutions within telecom. Eltek has strong global positions in the Americas, Europe and Asia, serving multinational, regional and national builders of telecom infrastructure, as well as industrial companies.

Eltek's India office in Gurgaon, Haryana was established in 1997 having 150 professional employees, covering engineering, system dimensioning, system assembly, testing, warehousing, spares holding and repairs. Today, India office is the prominent business centre in South-East Asian region.
