Rune Finne, CEO Eltek Valere

Mr. Finne holds a BSc in engineering from Bergen University College. Mr. Finne comes from ABB, where he has held various management positions since 1991and latest as President of ABB Norway since 2007.

Mr. Finne resides in Bergen, Norway and his business address is the registered office of Eltek Valere, Drammen, Norway.

Knut Aven, EVP Industrial and Renewable

Mr. Aven is the EVP Industrial and Renewable for Eltek Valere. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Horten Technical College and is a Business Economic Graduate of the Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Aven was previously Vice President in Power-One with responsibility for Energy Solutions in the EMEA region. He was with Power-One from 1990 to 2005. He also previously worked for Eltek for 4 years, in the period from 1986-1990, as Managing Director of AS Eltek. Now with Eltek since May 2005. Mr. Aven resides in Dallas, Texas.

Reidar Hagen, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Hagen is the Chief Technology Officer of Eltek Valere. He graduated from the Norwegian Naval Academy and holds various officer positions in the Norwegian Airforce. Previous experience includes General Manager of Seem Power and as a Manager/Consultant in his own trading, management and financial advisory business. He started in Eltek in 1997 as Technical Director. Mr. Hagen resides at Høvik (Oslo), Norway.

Colin Howe, EVP Global Sales

Colin Howe is the EVP Global Sales for Eltek Valere. He holds a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering, and has been with the company since 1989. Previous assignments include Sales Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director of Eltek UK. Most recent position was President of Eltek Valere USA, overseeing the merger of Eltek and Valere into Eltek Valere. Mr. Howe resides in the UK.

Frode Vågen, Vice President, Quality Assurance

Mr. Vågen is the Vice President Quality Assurance of Eltek Valere. He holds a degree as radar specialist from the Norwegian Airforce Technical College and is a Business Economic Graduate of the Norwegian School of Management. After 6 years in the air force, Mr. Vagen gathered experience from several different Norwegian industry companies before he joined Eltek in 1994, and have since 1997 held various managing positions within the field of QA in the group. Mr. Vågen resides in Mjøndalen, Norway.

Morten Schøyen, Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Schøyen is Chief Marketing Officer for Eltek Valere. He holds a degree in Cybernetics from Kongsberg Technical College and an Hons. Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University College London. Mr. Schoyen gathered experience from ABB, Eltek, Nera Excom and Nera Satcom before he joined Eltek again in 2000, Mr. Schøyen has held various managing positions within OEM sales, Product Management,Global Sales Support and was previously Vice President, Industrial power . Mr. Schøyen resides in Oslo, Norway.

Dag L. Andersen, Vice President Global Operations

Mr. Andersen is Vice President Global Operations which includes engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management and repair and service. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management and NHH. Mr. Andersen previously worked for ABB in various management positions within the Power Transmission and Distribution sector globally. Joining Eltek in 2003, Mr. Andersen resides in Drammen, Norway.
